Melissa helped through a life threatening situation inflicted upon me by another provider. She immediately noticed that something wasn’t right with my treatment when no other provider would. I ended up having a very serious infected surgical wound. She saw that I received prompt and accurate treatment. She then spoke to the responsible provider on my behalf and stated her disappointment in the care I received from their office. She saved my life. I will forever be greatful and will recommend her
