Melissa has been great. She has made me feel comfortable in each session, she listens attentively and gives honest feedback. She has definitely helped me move forward with my issues and done so in a caring manor with absolute respect for my feelings.

I have been seeing Melissa for about 6 weeks now and I highly recommend her for so many reasons! She is kind, compassionate, caring, and always makes me feel supported. When our sessions have run out of time, she has generously used her personal time to make sure that I’m ok. She is easy to talk to, and a great listener. She has also been very accommodating about appointment times, and made herself accessible.

Never...Ms Gelnette was highly disinterested in building client rapport. She was however fully engaged with her mobile phone.
