She was very caring, thorough, and intelligent. You can tell she cared. She was very detailed and explained everything. She was extremely nice. Very hard to find a good practitioner like her.

I have never had a problem at this office until today. Melissa spent a couple minutes with me and told me to wait it out, had to be a few more days before I could get something for a sinus infection. I, not rudely- just making conversation told her that my husband just went to dr for the same thing, after about 4 days, and was given meds for a sinus infection, and she abruptly changed her attitude. She very rudely told me she goes by the books, and will not be given me anything today. I left, went to another practice, and within 30 minutes was given antibiotics for a sinus and ear infection. Now, I know a sinus infection is up for debate, but for her to tell me nothing was wrong with my ear and the doctor 30 minutes later to tell me it was red and infected??? Please check into Melissa Hessler. She has horrible bedside manner, and does not do an effective, thorough exam! I only gave her a star because it is required to submit a review.
