Ms.Hubert appears to know it all and tells you what she thinks your options are. She doesn't have much of a personality, therefore, when you are there for your appointment, you get the feeling she isn't thinking of your situation or pain level. She doesn't offer viable explanations but tends to explain what you "should be feeling or doing" instead. Being polite to her is difficult when you receive the attitude she projects. I'm sure there are fr worse and positive there are better, take her for what she is.. an assistant working on her career. My back doesn't feel any better for seeing her, I don't see any changes happening either, after my visit.
