My visit had been scheduled to deal with a pain which disappeared before I was able to come into the office. Nevertheless, Ms. Hulett took my problem seriously, gave me some possibilities for what might have triggered the now-disappeared symptoms and provided me with some good ideas as to possible treatment. She took my complaint seriously, gave me good information and impressed me as someone knowledgeable and alert to her patients’ needs.

I felt like Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable about my foot. She could sense how disheartened I was about my immobility in reference to my very active life tennis,walking ... she addressed my problem gave me several options of treatment and listened to what I was saying. My hope is my life will become more active again!

I was seen within 36 hours after calling with an urgent problem, even right after a winter storm shut everything down for a week. I was brought in for X-rays immediately at my appointment time, taken to the exam room and waited less than 5 minutes for her. She communicates in a professional yet also easy to understand manner. I’ve seen her twice before, and she remembered personal things about me. Highly recommend for foot/ankle problems!

Was seen by Melissa Hulett for foot related problems. She was very attentive to my health issues and very professional and eager to address the issues at hand. Would recommend her for anyone to seek medical advice and answers to resolve his/her health concerns. Can't go wrong with Melissa and OrthoArkansas !!!!

Melissa was very knowledgeable about what my problem was and offered my options which was therapy wearing a walking boot for several weeks . The boot did not help. The only answer was surgery and she explained what was involved. I had the surgery and would recommend Melissa Hulett and Dr. Ardoin highly.
