She always listens to my concerns if something is wrong and doesn't brush it off. Will do tests to figure out what is wrong instead of guessing based off symptoms only.

Melissa is truly wonderful, she is warm, kind, dedicated, a good listener, and selfless. Most of all she truly cares! As a young women it is important to find a doctor you can rely on and trust and she has exceeded all of my expectations. She has helped me through countless health issues and through each one I received 100% of her attention and care. Melissa is sweet and personable and I am truly grateful to have her as my doctor. I can not recommend her enough!

Melissa takes the time to listen to her patients and discuss all available options. She outlines pros and cons and ultimately allows the patient to decide how to proceed. She throughly describes all relevant information and ensures the patient understands. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor! She is very knowledgeable!

Scheduled an appointment as a follow up from an emergency room visit the night before. Condition was intense pain in the abdomen. The emergency room did a cat scan and couldn't find any serious problems. It was suggested my primary may want me to see a gastroenterologist, makes sense. Melissa how ever ignored all that and was hell bent on doing unrelated tests, such as a chest x-ray looking to "save my life". She does not respect the patients or the patient's wishes and rights. She argured.

Definitely recommend Melissa and Dr. Bossenberger, whom she is the PA for. Melissa doesn't rush, she takes time to actually listen and understand, explains everything clearly, and leaves no stone unturned. Very smart! She is also extremely sweet and caring :)
