I have never walked into a doctors office and be treated the way I did with Melissa! Her energy matched mine and that’s saying a lot! She was so easy to talk and I could tell she really cared! She was fully engaged to everything I had to say. She didn’t brush me off she listened carefully. She secured my trust so much I wish she was my PCP! The office manager was wonderful as well she was a breath of fresh air! Everyone I spoke with was just wonderful! It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s appointment! I would recommend this practice again and again and again! Thank you Melissa for a wonderful experience at the Doctors!

I had unexpected colon surgery in November 2016, and when I met Melissa in the hospital prior to my surgery, I immediately felt very comforted and assured that she would make sure that any request or concern of mine would be addressed immediately, and that proved to be true. I was deeply reassured by Melissa's genuine care and concern, as well as her professional knowledge and acumen. The team of Dr. Strouch, my primary surgeon, Dr. Altom, who assisted, and Melissa Lunsford is top notch.

Ms. Lunsford was extremely approchable, respectful, and professional. She listened to my questions and concerns after surgery and put me at ease with well-reasoned, knowledgeable answers. Ms. Lunsford is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone in need of nursing services.

My husband had his follow up visit with Melissa Lunsford at Rex Surgical Specialists. Another flawless experience with this phenomenal team! She greeted with a great big smile and put us at ease as soon as she walked through the door. She took her time, answered every question we had and made us feel as if we were the most important patients in the office.
