Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of our questions. The nurse before Melissa came in was wonderful as well. Melissa spent almost an hour with my wife and I explaining everything about the post ablation procedure and what to expect. She just has a wonderful bedside manner. I just can’t say enough about how she is a great NP and a wonderful person. I would give her 10 stars. I would highly recommend her.

Transitional care appointment via Ascension St Vin

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a medicalProfessional like this NP, Melissa Merrill. I would give just about anything to keep her for life! She is so competent and comforting! I have never felt so hopeful at the age of 65, that someone is going to affectively help me! From the moment that her assistant did my assessment, to her coming in for my consult, I was in tears with relief for being so well taken care of! Melissa is AMAZING! Can I keep her? Please? I have been through a mess of misguided treatment and albeit, people’s best efforts, this NP is the one that took hold of my situation, brought it all together into a single chart, came up with all the resources I needed so badly, and promised to see me through to a better life! What more can one ask? I love her!
