Women's Network of Medford, MA where she is not working for this business because of incompetence. Then is hired at Burlington OBGYN where she again failed to diagnosis, failed a standard of care nursing policy, and the list goes on..... DO NOT GO TO BURLINGTON OBGYN or transfer now. #teddaniel

Melissa is a phenomenal physician. She has been nothing but kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful to my girlfriend who has been seen by her and has asked her for advice multiple times. Every time she returns home from a visit, she has nothing but nice things to same about Melissa and her overall visits. I think Burlington OBGYN caught themselves a real gem by hiring her.

Bad experience.Went to Melissa w/ severe menopause symptoms.Previously went to hormone specialist & was given estrogen & progesterone.85% improvement.Couldn't afford natural hormones,so was hoping Melissa would start me on estrogen therapy.She was condescending,rude,unprofessional,& lacked empathy.Didn't listen to anything I said.Wouldn't write a prescription. Gave her all paperwork from other doctors.A week passed.She never called.I had to call over & over again.No care/concern whatsoever.
