I've been a patient at this office for 15yrs and always received exceptional care. However, this was my first encounter with Melissa. She was rude, abrasive and unprofessional. She did not inquire about my medical history and interrupted as I tried to give context for the visit. She offered me birth control without asking if I want a child or if I was even sexually active. She was arrogant about here medical knowledge and dismissed my concerns as an informed patient. I do not recommend Melissa.
