Even with just two visits, Melissa has already helped me improve my speech a little with exercises and understanding my disability. I trust that it will continue to improve as we work through the therapy. She is personable, she listens, and it is clear that she cares. If she does not have a ready answer, she immediately asks colleagues who will provide her with an answer and an explanation. I'm grateful that I'm in the hands of someone I can trust!
