Horrible. Very demeaning and condescending manner, not to mention she takes several hours to call back when she is supposed to be on-call for immediate assistance.

Has caused nothing but stress and financial burden since first/only visit with no resolution of initial reason for even going to her. Would have rated 0 if it were possible. We went through the most traumatic experience due to her lack of understanding how to handle mental health. She verbally wore me down & made me feel like I couldn't leave the building unless I surrendered to help I DID NOT WANT or need in that moment. I would never ever suggest her to anyone!

I have nothing but praise and respect for her. When my Primary Doc recently left the practice, he recommended her. Melody (Dawn) Austin is worthy of his praise and recommendation. She is thorough, friendly, and caring. I would (and will) recommend her to anyone who cares about their health. She is a perfect example of a RECOMMENDATION, not merely a referral. My wife and I are impressed.
