Very sound and intelligent therapist. She was attuned and empathetic. I felt very well understood by her and very safe. It was an excellent experience working with her. She is very skilled. I strongly recommend Meredith.

I have referred several clients to Meredith and she has done excellent work with them. She is conscientious, empathic and ethical. She helps clients move forward and change behaviors. She also offers group therapy, a much needed modality.

Cold, manipulative, disengaged, and abrasive. She claims to be trauma informed but only uses CBT and DBT which are the least effective modalities when working with trauma. Avoid at all costs if you are chronically ill, neurodivergent, and/or if you have a substance use history or current substance use issue. You will not be met with understanding and compassion but you will be judged at every session for not living up to her standards and she will be even more withholding and withdrawn if you make a mistake or if you struggling with depression or grief. She is deeply uncomfortable with normal presentations of emotions like depression, anger and grief. You will get no comfort or reassurance when you cry. Meredith will simply become even more distant, cold, and annoyed that you are inconveniencing her with your feelings. When confronted with an issue she doesn’t understand or have experience with, she will refer you to someone equally terrible and disinterested.

Best therapist ever. Meredith is very professional but down to earth. She has so much wisdom and is very consistent. I have never seen her change tone or be different from one session to the next. Her boundaries are clear and she will never change an appointment. She is flexible and will make an appointment, last minute, if you have a need. She has wonderful groups where people can meet like-minded folks and have an additional therapeutic mode. The combined group and individual therapy has been so effective for me and I know others as well.She has flexible hours and two office locations. Make an appointment, you won’t be disappointed!

Meredith is extremely focused and attentive during our appointments. She has always been on time and is flexible in her scheduling. She has come up with very help observations that other therapists in the past have not noticed. I think she is very authentic and truly wants to help people make positive changes in their lives.

No. Absolute worst experience with a therapist I've ever had. Extremely rude. Please waste your money elsewhere.

She is wonderful! She's now in Avondale Estates (or maybe both locations?). I have seen several therapists for myself and with others in my family over the years and Meredith is really top of the line.
