Telehealth
She has helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She is busy, but if I needed an appointment I got in right away. The office staff are very sweet as well. Mainly went in but did have one telehealth appt.

Chronically late
Therapist was late for every appointment, telephone appointments. 5 minutes I would not bother me but 10-15 minutes is unacceptable. More unacceptable is her dismissive attitude. She did not apologize but said she was really just offering a check in call?!? It has been increasingly difficult to find responsible patient centered reliable providers in Douglas county.
