I saw Meredith during a rough patch in my life four years ago - and she had just started out in her practice. I picked her because we were about the same age. She was extremely sweet, compassionate, and a great sounding board - but I didn't see any progression in my treatment with her suggestions (not that I was being hard-headed), so I switched to another therapist and we "clicked" much better. Her academic background is very faith-based, but she does not push anything. I will say this, if you are a teenage/college-age female/or a young couple struggling with a child or your own marriage, Meredith would be a perfect fit and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. For solo males dealing with other issues- not so much.
