Two issues. A little while back I took my mother there and we saw nurse Meredith. Nice enough, but completely useless (her answer to every single question was “I need to look it up and will get back to you”), it was ridiculous. With no answers or treatment plan, I requested my mom’s medical records to be transferred to a new facility to see an actual doctor, not a nurse. It’s been a month and several calls later, still no results. Very frustrating. I wish I could give no stars whatsoever.

Rude nurse!
I took my high functioning autistic daughter there, ended up seeing nurse Meredith. She completely ignored my daughter, speaking only to me. Also, she used an inappropriate language. I will be filing formal complaint.

Dr Meredith is great! Shes very patient, has a great bedside manner and open with all aspects of healthcare! The best pediatrician on Aquidneck Island for us!
