Meredith has worked with my daughter (age 16 1/2 ) on and off since she was 12. We have found Meredith very easy to talk to and she has provided my daughter with support and solutions for dealing with her anxiety. What I really appreciated was that once Meredith and my daughter, jointly, felt it was time to end the weekly visits she let go with encouragement. Two years later, anxiety issues came back up. My daughter advocated she wanted to go back to weekly visits. Meredith is very busy, but she was able to insert her back onto a weekly schedule, and we continue to see positive results.
