Dr. Chavez was my provider, but she's not on the list of selected physicians. She was fine. The problem is with how much they charge for services and test results. The staff member was very rude when I asked for test results. I offered to wait for my next annual appointment to get them, and they were still rude, and talked exclusively about money, even making up that every practice charges for test results, when, actually, they are available for free on My Chart. When I asked if he could be more courteous, he refused.
