Unprofessional And Lacks Empathy - Would Not Reco
Telehealth
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this provider. She consistently documented my medications incorrectly despite multiple corrections from me. Instead of listening to my concerns, she pushed for a medication I did not want.Additionally, when I experienced a personal loss and had to reschedule, I was met with nothing but excuses and a lack of compassion. When I expressed my frustration in a professional manner, she twisted my words and falsely implied that I was making a threat instead of addressing my valid concerns.A healthcare provider should be empathetic, professional, and willing to listen to their patients—not dismissive and defensive. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking quality, patient-centered care.
