Confusing and Inconsistent Response

I hate to leave negative reviews but I am frustrated beyond belief! The care was just okay for basic issues, but when I needed to adjust my dosage due to pharmacy problems, both the provider and her administrative staff were unyielding and unhelpful. The communication was a mess; I was told one thing about my refills during the appointment, but what was actually prescribed was different. To top it off, fixing the issue meant I had to book another appointment! Overall, not worth it.

Highly professional and thorough in addressing my medical issue and made me feel very comfortable in the office visits. Her medical assistant, Emma, also has been very welcoming and professional and went above and beyond in accommodating a rescheduling need on short notice.
