After taking the time to research and working up the bravery to reach out for help, I called the number for Dr. Pancaldo. I left a detailed voicemail. After hearing nothing for a week, I called back. Left another detailed voicemail. She called back a few days later and told me she could be reached at the number I had already called twice. Which was insulting and did not answer a single question I asked. I called again. Left a VM. It’s been 3 weeks. Nothing. She should be ashamed. This is not ok.
