She was very professional and thorough. I felt very confident in her abilities. She and the nurse took a lot of concern when the shots made me feel a little woozy at first and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I didn't feel my questions were all answered. As a patient unfamiliar with the procedures and different options, and not a medical background I need the procedures explained in terms I understand, not medical terms I don't understand
