So kind, polite, and such a vibrant smile as he came out to introduce himself before my surgery. Immediately put me at ease with a thorough explanation of what was to come. Before I knew it I was a wake and there he was again to reiterate how the surgery went and a constant inquire on my pain status to make sure I was comfortable.
