Dr. Michael Anderson, PHD

Horrible doctor. Called in to have my CPaP adjusted because I was having 30 events a night. This 'doctor' turned my pressure from 5-20 to 4-10 which only increased my events per night. I've tried calling him and other doctors in his office but no one answers or calls me back. Do yourself a favor and go find a different sleep specialist. Kansas Pulmonary and Sleep Specialist is a terrible office, go anywhere else and save yourself some grief

Dr. Anderson was great! He was caring and informational, professional, listened to my concerns, and provided explanations and solutions. I value his expertise and came away more knowledgeable and at peace with my situational experiences. I highly recommend him!

I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my life and this guy was by far the worst. I explained to him in detail all of my sleep issues that I’ve been suffering with for years. He said he saw no need for any tests and offered no recommendations on any medications that would potentially help. He was extremely rude and condescending. He kept repeating to me that they “don’t do magic” when I was simply asking to have a sleep study done. This guy has no compassion for people struggling with sleep disorders. Michael “I don’t do magic” Anderson. In my time of need had zero compassion for me and was unwilling to even attempt to help me.

I visited Kansas Pulmonary and Sleep Specialist on February 26, 2020 at 11:30 am. Signed in and was called in right away by the nurse. I was weighed and asked questions pertaining to my health. After that the nurse left and Dr. Anderson came in a few minutes later. Dr. Anderson greeted me with friendliness and professionalism in his field. He gave me time to talk about the things I wanted to talk about, how I felt, and et cetera, and explained everything I had questions about. He went over my results with the cpap machine. I can tell he's been doing this for a long time. The cpap machine they gave me has been life changing for me because I've always felt fatigued and had headaches and my throat was dry because of my obstructive sleep apnea as young as high school. I'm 25 now and I finally have energy. With his expertise and the other doctors there they were able to recommend me the perfect air pressure for my sleep apnea and give me a machine so I can finally take charge of my life.

I would definitely refer family and friends to Dr. Anderson. I'm a rather challenging case and he was very concerned in the beginning. Now if a situation arises he is there offering options, answers to all my questions and provides solutions. He has gone the extra steps to be sure the CPAP company has done as requested. Can't say enough good things about him and the practice!

I highly recommend Dr. Anderson. He is a wonderful and thorough doctor. He and his staff makes the whole experience comforting. The company for my CPAP machine was dragging their feet and Dr. Anderson and his assistants addressed the issue and got my machine for me. They also called me to check up on . I wish all doctor's were like him. Unfortunately there are a minor limit of them. Thank you and your staff! You gave me complete comfort and a stress free transition!

I had a good first meeting with Dr. Anderson. He appeared to be pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. He appeared concerned with my situation.
