Dr. Michael Elliott, PHD

Our family has been going to Dr. Elliott for a year now. He is great as a family therapist, and has helped us with the dynamics with our oldest child. Dr. Elliott also has extensive knowledge and treats kids with ADHD, and that has been very helpful. He is very direct, and doesn’t sugarcoat any information. He will call you out if you are not stepping up. I respect that and appreciate that a lot. He is very cerebral and helpful. We have soon zoom, FaceTime and in person and our experience has been great. I wish he was covers by insurance, but it’s definitely worth it.

Our meeting with Dr. Elliott to discuss results of Dr. Oldfield’s assessment data of our child was the most confrontational and bizarre experience my spouse and I have ever had with a Dr. We arrived to an empty office.15 minutes after our appt two men come out of a door and one says “come on back. Last door on the right. I have to pee”.No introduction or welcome.When he comes back he flops into his chair, looks at his tablet, and says “these scores are pretty high, what are you seeing?!”When we began explaining our struggles we were met with combative and belittling comments before we could even finish a sentence. He has never met my child or us before. When I stated I was feeling uncomfortable because I feel like everything I say is wrong he replied “you ARE wrong”. At that point we asked if records could be sent someplace else and he was combative again. We came to this office for help and were met with nothing but added stress and no more info than when we’d first started.Bye $1500.

Dr. Elliott is a great mix of compassion and appropriate straight talk. He knows how to help and provide great insight into yourself and your relationships. Hightly recommend

I didn't have a visit with the doctor. In fact, never met or even spoke with him. I had a Zoom intake session only (instead of sending you forms, an assistant asks you basic questions and types the answers). They then wanted me to do a 3-Hour computer test which I declined due to a concussion. And finally, I received 2 calls about setting me up with a coach... LOL! I AM A HEALTH COACH! Here's the kicker... they sent my attorney a bill for $540! What a scam! Steer clear of this office. I am lucky to have found someone else who was truly interested in helping me.

Mike, essentially, taught me how to be happy and whole and heal from a hard breakup. He is amazing and I’ve referred several friends to him over the years that feel the same.

Dr Elliott saved my 20 year marriage after my husband had an affair . He’s the most amazing , intelligent and compassionate psychologist I’ve ever known! I am an RN and highly recommend this amazing doctor !

My son has been twice, he has done more to help my son in two appointments than other shrinks have with hours upon hours with my son. I want to hug him after the appointments because after two years of seeing therapists this is the first person to help my son.
