I really liked Michael when talking to him in our sessions. He was a great listener and advocate who gave an educated perspective and kind, direct advice about strategies for addressing my conditions and improving situations and relationships. One very large dislike was that, oddly, a year after I had stopped seeing him due to moving I found out on my online insurance portal that he had reported a completely new diagnosis on my insurance file without ever mentioning it to me or sharing any information about it during our sessions. Very odd, upsetting experience as we talked completely transparently each session about my mental health conditions and this new serious diagnosis is completely out of the blue feeling like it was an irresponsible backstab (as it's something I would've needed to be on medicine for) or irresponsible error (as it's something my current professionals see no symptoms of). Either way, I certainly wouldn't trust him at all now after that and at the very least be sure to transparently ask him about his perspective on all your diagnoses. Good luck.
