He is personal and really cares for his patients.

If you’re a sensitive personality type you def may not do well with him. His medical knowledge and treatments are good but I never know what mood I’ll get when I go in. He’s abrasive, belittling and his joking is far from professional. He does a lot of eye rolling and even mocking in my in years of experience with him.

Michael Frost is the best. He has treated me and my daughter for over 3 1/2 years and we have never been miss treated or he ever has he acted arrogant so I’m not sure where those comments come from. He was the best primary care doctor I have ever had and I would suggest you see him even if it’s a long wait it’s well worth it let him be your doctor. He’s wonderful.

I knew after my first visit, I could not stand him. He is on an ego trip with no personality whatsoever. He treats patients like dirt plus the waiting time is always about two hours to see him. At least four patients have the same appointment time. Go somewhere else!

Every visit we made with Mr Frost was and is the best that we have ever done! Now that he has opened his practice and we are unable to physically see him, he comes to our home! There isn't anyone like Mike! I like Mike! We like Mike! A touch of Frost!

I went to him for pain. He mocked me with a Hughie Lewis song "I want a new drug". I did not go back.

For all Mike’s Patients….For those who are wondering what’s the deal with the current office situation at Thumb Butte Medical and the closure go to the Family First Primary Care 1(928) 923-6741. Mike’s practice is now there. They can take appointments now. He was the only NP or TBMC Employee that was actually concerned about his patients and reached out via a message on the front door with a number to call him. He has been my Nurse Practioner for Pain Management for 7 years. He was great, thoughtful, and patient, although had to put up with long waiting times at his clinic, like two hours! I was afraid I would not be able to find him. Happy I did to continue my care. Hopefully the long waits won’t be the same at FFPC. Take care of yourself!

Great experience with him, not so great with TBMC. Once in the room with him, Mr. Frost was caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. TBMC is closed but I'll follow Mike wherever he goes

I have been a patient of Mike Frost’s for over ten years. We have been through so much together. I lost my leg(needed rehabilitation) referrals, diabetes, pain management and more. He has been a concerning medical professional whom goes above and beyond, always exceeding my expectations. Mike Frost spends as much time needed for each patient. I would rather wait for him then seeing anyone else. No matter what medical professional you go see, you have a long wait no matter what. Keep in mind all the great things he does that no one knows about, working with hospice patients, ensuring his patients are safe, taking care of the many referrals needed just for the smallest procedures and equipment, who do you know that still makes house calls?? Put yourself in his shoes, did he lose a patient that day, trying to figure out how to do the best for his patients outcome. This man has dedicated his life to help others.

I am so grateful to have found Michael. He is knowledgeable and patient and willing to find a way to help. I will recommend him 100%.

My first appointment with Michael Frost, not only did I wait 2 hours after my scheduled time before seeing him, I found him arrogant, demeaning, judgmental and overall I felt he didn’t care about managing my pain. I had another appointment with him today, my husband drove me to the facility only to find they were closed. Only doing video appointments. I got no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. We then drove to the Thumb Butte Medical Center in Prescott and were told that he would be calling. Really? At that point it was 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then we were told someone would call to help me get set up with Doxy. As I type this, I am now an hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled time. Still have heard nothing. Oh, and since seeing him, I broke my pelvis and have new pain and can’t even walk. Disrespectful at best. I won’t be going back.

Snide, terrible arrogance, he is disheveled mess for a nurse practitioner, he has very poor bedside manners, his white Dr's coat was dirty, he jammed his fingers into my shoulder without mentioning a thing... if I wasnt dependant on pain management I'd have left after this and told him a piece of my mind. Just avoid the whole experience as the desk clerk is rude too.

Mike Frost managed my medical issues during the worst period in my life. Thankfully I'm on the other side of those difficulties now but I couldn't have done it without Mike and his staff. In addition to his professionalism, Mike manages to practice medicine with a kind, compassionate demeanor. That he is able to function in the insanity that is the state of health care currently is a true testament to his character. While the waits are long in his office I believe that can be attributed to the demands of his practice and the fact that good medical care is limited in our rural community, in other words, not Mike's responsibilty. At the end of the day, the wait is a small price to pay to have a medical professional like Mike Frost.

I am happy to say Michael Frost FNP-BC is my primary care physician. In the 3 years I have been his patient I have received the best primary care medical care in Prescott. He is thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and understand. When an issue requires a specialist, he works well with you to determine who is as good referral specialist to meet your needs.I highly recommend him for primary care.

I wanted to go to Thumb Butte Medical Center's Urgent Care, but it was closed so I went into the TBMC as a walk in patient hoping to get squeezed in. I had what I thought was a bad cold. I was worried I would be turned away without antibiotics. I was very impressed with all at TBMC, especially Mike Frost. I read his reviews the day after and find them surprising. He is a straight shooter which I respect. Because of his care, I can get back to work. Thank you

From the start he has worked with me and my various pain issues. I find him easy to talk to and he 'gets me'. I have a vary sarcastic sense of humor and he gets that too. I find him helping me to get though these latest additional health issues and am very grateful he is there for me. I would recommend him to others and just don't understand thos negative reviews. I find him very competent and professional.

Michael Frost is amazing. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. Please don’t read the negative comments others have left NEVER has he shown nothing more than true professional service. Thank you Michael Frost!
