After 15 years being a patient I will never be going back to this office. The front desk staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful with no customer service. I had an appointment and showed up and they told me my insurance said I wasn't approved to get an eye exam for another four months. I questioned why my prescription was written for a year when an insurance company only pays every two years for an exam. She looked at me as if I was crazy told me I was being nasty and started helping someone
