The provider was courteous, professional, and informative. He explained his concerns and ordered additional testing. He returned the results of the test that evening and verified again in the morning he never appears rushed or having to hurry through the exam.

This was the best visit I have ever had. Michael was so thorough and one thing I have never had any other provider say to me is "anything else you want to tell me that may pertain to this visit". Took so much time and care to be sure I understood my diagnosis and next steps.

The care I received in the office was excellent but the follow up care concerned me. I was able to see some abnormal test results and the provider had the nurse call back and say everything looked ok and to just follow up if I felt worse. He is not my normal provider, so I will follow up with my provider who I feel is more thorough.
