Dr. Lacina is an exceptional eye doctor, and he is especially good with our elementary age kids. He is never rushed during appointments. He always takes his time to understand our needs, answer our questions and address our concerns. Highly recommend him!

Just had a poor experience with this office. They confirmed our appointments via texts and phone calls for my wife and me. When we arrived the very unfriendly receptionist acted like we made a mistake and had a poor attitude. She then said she could not find our insurance information. She said they tried to call us but couldn't reach us. Again, they texted and called just fine a week ago. Although we arrived 15 minutes early to our confirmed appointments she told us we were 15 minutes late. What a horrible first impression. We decided if this is how the doctor runs this office, then it was not the right office for us. I guess they do not need our family of six's business. Buyer beware.
