Walk in Care Visit
Horrible....went into walk in care with VERY high bp and I am already on meds. Made me feel like an idiot for going in. I am 62 and refuse to be treated like an idiot.Not quite sure why he is a doctor if he doesn't want to help people. Luckily I have an awesome primary care doctor who was notified I went in on the weekend and called me immediately to take care of what was going on.

Horrible
Direct quotes from this "provider": "You are fine." (No, I am miserably ill lying on a platform for 90+ minutes.) "You will probably also get viral pneumonia but that's no big deal." "No, that didn't help you." (When I asserted that I medication I took 15 years ago helped me tremendously. I'm sorry, were you there to witness that? I didn't think so but glad you know better.) Stay home, this guy isn't interested in helping anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no compassion. This guy shouldnt be allowed to take vital signs. I wouldnt recomend him to my worst enemy.

I have seen Dr. Luck on 2 occasions at the Express Care. He does not have any bedside manners. He comes in with a very accusitory attitude and asks you questions as if you are not educated at all. He has a smirk on his face the whole time... Both times I have felt very uncomfortable with him and I dread anytime I have to go to Express care because he maybe in duty. He makes it seem like the reason you are there is for nothing and your wasting his time.
