Dr. Mortensen uses Activator technique, a very gentle one using a spring-loaded instrument. Because of the speed of the instrument, a lot of force is not needed. Very important is his skill in finding the problem areas using a series of pressure tests and joint/muscle movements. The patient mostly reclines face-down and is not twisted into positions.
Also, Dr. Mortensen and his receptionist are very kind and honest people.
