I have been treated by Dr. Palmieri for many years and i must say he's the best chiropractor in the Atlanta area. Dr. Mike respects your time, is always punctual and never rushes through an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Palmieri

I will most certainly refer friends, and family to Dr. Palmieri. He has been a fantastic Chiropractor over the years. Doesn't try to sell you on the usual 3 times a week for life that I had to deal with when I saw a different Chiropractor nearby. Very polite, very courteous, very professional, and mostly very talented at his profession.

Dr. Palmieri is in the top tier of Chiropractic medicine. His father was also a renowned Dr. of Chiropractic medicine.
My main concern is when he was growing up he much preferred Styx to Boston. Which we now know is ridiculous.
Otherwise, there is no Doctor more qualified than Dr. Palmieri.

I have been treated by Dr. Palmieri for 10 years. He respects your time and is always punctual. He is knowledgeable and spends the time with you to explain your diagnosis and prognosis. He does not rush through the appointment and treats you accordingly. His techniques are far superior than other chiropractors I have been by in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Palmieri

Probably best chiropractor I have been to in years. Did a fantastic job finding the problem, which my old chiropractor never did, and then fixing me in a relatively short time. He also has a very pleasant personality, that made me comfortable. Have been going now for 6 months, once a week...I feel great.
