Dr. Phillips is the best! He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have been wearing glasses for most of my life, and he prescribes the best prescription I have ever had. The office staff is very personable and extremely knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his staff!
