Dr. Michael Saxerud, OD

I had gone to several eye doctors complain about double vision. Each doctor said, my eyes were fine. After failing a vision test I was told to go get new glasses, the problem was my glasses were new. Finally I was recommended to see Dr. Saxerud and he took time to listen and help me. Sometimes you have to wait for your appointment time as he does not rush through your appointment. I recommend him to everyone with head injuries or vision problems.

Where Neurologists failed, Dr Saxerud went forward, testing my ocular dysfunction with great detail and knowledge. After going as far as we could with corrective lenses' Dr Saxerud referred me to Rezak Physical therapy. They are very specialized with neoro-rehabilitation. The results gave me my life back. Vestibular issues can be very debilitating. I am an RN and I recognize quality healthcare. Dr Saxerud is very worthy of excellent, unqualified praise.

My daughter saw Dr Suxerud today and it was one of the most helpful and encouraging appointments we’ve been to. He took the time to explain everything to us, planned next steps, and made my daughter feel hopeful. Such a great visit!

Dr. Saxerud was kindest, most authentically compassionate doctor I visited during my year of trying to figure out my vestibular problems. However, his office procedures need an overhaul. It took six weeks to get the referral I needed, and by then I'd seen a provider who did me harm and used up valuable insurance benefits. Calling repeatedly did no good - the front desk said they had no control over what the referring staff member did. I did eventually get in to see the referred provider and it was a turning point in my recovery. But I had to suffer with the wrong care until Dr. Saxerud's office finally got their act together. Now I'm also out of insurance benefits, so I couldn't get the full advantages of the referred provider.

I suffer with complex and ocular migraines. Dr. Mike changed my world with his eye therapy.

Dr Saxerud was the best thing that happened after my car accident. He explained everything in detail, and re-explained it in a different way if I didn't understand. He is extremely caring and supportive to his client's needs, and VERY patient!! Without Dr Mike, I would NEVER have been able to go back to work as an Occupational Therapist! Now I am referring my OWN patients to go see him!

Working with Dr. Saxerud was an amazing experience! He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know his patients as individuals. I have already recommended several friends that are also having a wonderful experience with Dr. Mike.

Staff was very rude and dr saxerud don't care about his patients just his money!! His staff failed to do there job correctly and Doctor saxerud didn't even try to understand. He is not a true Doctor that cares he just about his money!! The worse thing is I am not even better I am just the same! He doesn't even know what he is doing.
