Caring and trustworthy
Very little wait time. His nurses are top shelf, friend and do their job professionally. I’ve used Dr Sims s my primary for a number of years and I’m extremely satisfied with him. Never feel like I’m being herded though. Take him time and answered my questions.

Just what the doctor ordered
He listens. He asks questions. He is interested in my well being not pushing drugs. He encourages me to participate in my good health. He can't do it for me. I am quite satisfied. Will continue to go to him. His office staff is helpful and friendly.

Michael Sims did a great job with my first ever health exam as a new patient. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my personal health concerns. I have transferred my primary care to him after moving a town over. Would recommend to friends and family.

Horrible service. Didn't examine patient because he was special and wouldn't move his own hair away from his ear. He told us to go to the ER if his temperature got higher which it was 102.8° while in his office. Told us he looked fine and seemed fine. Didn't check for anything flu or strep or ear infection. Charged us $108 for nothing wasted 3 hours there.
