Inconsistent, doesn't understand, lacks empathy, doesn't respect privacy, gets distracted easily which so rude considering he's being paid.

Just as others say he isn't trustworthy.
Telehealth
At first he was empathic. As time went by empathy turned into frustration - he just couldn't understand us, even when we though we were giving him the best of ourselves. Although he said he would never abandon us, in reality that is just exactly what he did! One star and many red flags.

Cant recommend
Telehealth
His approach involved long silences, flat affect, seemingly distant. Stopped seeing him after a short while. Reached out to see if I should give a 2nd chance. He promised to find a time and would lmk. Never heard from him again. Behavior has meaning. Very glad I did not continue
