I had terrible neck pain and headaches when I first saw Dr. Townsend years ago, and when I first started coming to Chiropractic First the pain had dissipated within the first week of treatment and I was amazed. I have kept going back since, to maintain as He had taught me how to care for my neck and my stiff back issues. I now have better movement and haven't had any more headaches or migraines. The staff are fast, efficient and very professional.
