I just recently began seeing Dr. Urban and find he is excellent at diagnosing and explaining the physiology that is causing your pain, but is also a good listener and works to get you out of pain. In addition, he provides exercise recommendations to help you achieve better mobility and “help yourself” recover.

Dr. Urban is very professional, helpful and displays genuine interest in a patient's wellness. He really help my teenage daughter get back to enjoying running track. He taught her very good exercises to get her stronger and out of pain. I recommend Dr. Urban whenever I feel a person could benefit from his help. Dr. Urban was much more helpful than the sports med doctor. Tara is very patient, personable and understanding. thank you!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Urban for over 3 years, and somehow he manages to keep me mobile, despite numerous injuries. He always has an answer and he truly wants you to have a healthy life.
