Worst Dr you will ever have. Doesn't listen, is arrogant beyond reason, thinks she knows everything when she clearly has no idea, and is simply reprehensible in how she thinks she knows you after 30 seconds better than you know yourself. Avoid like the plague that she is on the healthcare system.

I usually barely leave any review … but this time I am!!! Please avoid this “pseudo” doctor at all COST!!! First time I met a doctor that don’t care about you your problems and don’t listen … worse terrible experience!!!! And I’m challenging her abilities …

As someone who avoided going to the doctors for a long period of time due to previous bad experiences, Michele Burns has been the first provider to offer me compassion, grace, and understanding. She is willing to work with you as best she can to get you the care you need. Highly recommend.

she "disenrolled" me from the practice WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and also REVOKED my pre-approved referrals to subspecialists that I needed to follow up with

Michelle Burns provided medical care for my mother-in-law for approx 8 months at a senior memory care facility. She abruptly informed us that she refused to continue covering my mother-in-law as she stated that the patient did not want to meet with her. This is a woman with dementia and Ms Burns was unable and unwilling to show any ability to interact effectively with her. On top of that her abrupt decision and lack of willingness to continue trying to provide care shows an extreme lack of professionalism! I would not recommend this PA to anyone looking for caring and professional medical care!
