Reflective listener
I have been very happy with my therapy since meeting with Michele. My experience has been wonderfully reflective. I feel like she hears me and is able to reframe some thought patterns that I have in place to make them more positive. She will respectfully call me out when I am putting up roadblocks, in a gentle and caring manner, but also in a way that I can't just gloss over her concerns. I truly believe Michele has my best interests and is working with me to help me make some huge changes in my life.
