I have been seeing Michele for over a year and can confidently say that she has changed my life. She is approachable, relatable, and empathetic. She is understanding but also challenges my thinking when necessary. Perhaps most importantly, she gives practical suggestions for navigating difficult situations or thinking about something differently. Michele was a wonderful therapist to me during stressful times. She was super responsive in her emails, flexible with her schedule, and was so kind and compassionate in all our sessions. She offered a differing perspective on issues I had tackled life long and was never once judgmental. She’s great with helping set expectations and boundaries, and really tries to help you get to the root of your problems.

It took me awhile to commit to talking with a professional but it was a decision that has really benefited my life in many different ways.
