Dr. Ishikawa has a good sense of humor, and makes me laugh while pointing out my 'maladaptive behaviors.' She provides informative handouts, which I find helpful. The office assistant does not return phone calls in a timely manner, and once double booked me, but Dr. Ishikawa apologized and fit me in ASAP. She is going into private practice so that will no longer be an issue, as it is never a problem when she schedules my next appointment at the end of a session.
