She is just awful in every regard.

If you are looking for a kind, professional and ethical Psych APRN who is non-judge mental with an excellent bedside manner, Michelle is NOT her. It’s unfortunate, because the office staff is so warm and inviting, just amazing and so friendly. Not only is Michelle rude, judgmental and condescending, she is unethical. In the six months I was a patient there, I believe I saw her a total of 3 times. On one dreadful occasion, I was left in withdrawals from my medication for over three days because Michelle decided to leave and take a vacation to god knows where without remembering her appointments, letting anyone know or filling due prescriptions. Not only that, but she charged me for the appointment SHE didn’t even show up to! It’s sad when the office staff has to embarrassingly apologize for the “boss” who is supposed to be running the show. I have seen her speak degradingly to staff and other clients. Honestly, I could write a page long review but she isn’t worth the the time.

Michele is very caring and kind. She takes the time to listen and never rushes through an appointment. Her office is beautiful and her staff is knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended.

Michele time and time again has been compassionate and caring. She shows great empathy. She makes me feel like my recovery is her priority. I would definitely recommend this practice.
