I am karen Larsen i had still have sever sharp pain and twist and turn muscle sprain my back getting worse morning and night morning stiffen up mucsles spram and sprain back hard getting up one slide bed hard to move my back .yes i still going to phystil theaphy three times weeks mon and wed and fri during muscle spram streght yes is helping me lots during thephey my xrays and mri and catscans are normel cant find nothing wrong me i am getting worse every day
