Michele is an exceptional NP. She was very patient with me related to symptoms I was having when everyone else told me it was normal to feel what I was feeling. She was very thorough with the plan of care and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Then best part was that she called me the next day to follow up on how I was feeling and if I had any further questions. The BEST!

My NP is the best! Each visit I have had with her has been very thorough and helpful in my overall health issues. Michele takes her time to make sure we get to the basis of each problem and then she designs a plan to fit my needs. I am grateful for her and would recommend her to family and friends.

I was referred to Michele by my PCP. She was a delight. Beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was recently diagnosed with a new disorder. She helped to calm my fears and ease my mind. The treatment options that were given were in line with what I researched prior to my visit with her. I appreciate the fact that she asked me my thoughts and opinions on the treatment options! Told me to go on MyChart to answer my questions and then when I asked questions she became very affronted. I politely asked inquiries about a differential diagnosis. Because I believe I was incorrectly diagnosed. And she became very unprofessional. In addition, was unable to answer the simplest of questions. I asked her if something was related to my endocrine problems and she would answer something completely different. Very bizarre. Also, she made errors on my medical chart. For instance I had reported increased irritability and she put patient denies irritability. I also told her I was having heart palpitations and then she told me that I was asymptomatic. Lol I am now going to wait another 3 months to see another specialist which is worth the wait because I was given no recommendation after I was diagnosed. No foods to avoid, no activities to avoid, no things to improve my health or quality of life. Total complete waste of my time and in the meanwhile being untreated has possibly
