Her professionalism along with still being personable was what stood out most to me. She was understanding of concerns and gave useful information along with options for care that exceeded my expectations.

Michelle knows her stuff. She was super informative, genuine, and the allowed for me to have a say in my treatment plan as well as how we went about it. I sincerely appreciated her genuine care, and great bedside manner. She was very intelligent and knew spot on some of the concerns.

I went from feeling like she treated me with integrity and empathy to being fearful that she was withholding information due to her colleagues negligence. I would highly recommend bringing a witness whenever visiting any type of medical facility. These so called providers are not here for our best interest they are here for the best profits. Healing people doesn't make money, keeping them perpetually sick does. Do not settle for less than what you feel you deserve. Settling can cost you your life. A simple sinus infection left untreated without antibiotics and/or antimicrobials can lead to brain infections, abscesses, and aneurysms. Do not accept being treated like you're crazy when you know something is wrong. Ms. Albano made me feel distrustful and uncomfortable.
