Provider was rude, condescending, challenging. I had to ask more than once for her to look in my child's throat. Then she asked "now do you feel better mom"

Dr. Bernes is the BEST female Pediatrician, very down to earth, very knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. My girls Love her. Dr. Parnes sees my boys (he was also my pediatrician) wouldn't see anyone else!

I do not appreciate the treating provider speaking privately to my child. Before I was asked to leave the room, this time I wasn't even asked and she did it while walking my child to the bathroom for a urine sample. Do not like the lack of transparency or opportunity to deny those questions. Open communication should always be at the forefront.HPV was brought up. It was asked that provider share studies to show effectiveness/side effects. Said its only been 15 years since it is around so there aren't any but reaassured it was safe? Without any studies?
