I wish I could post a pic of my severe allergic reaction. She literally said to me “you’re not sick, you just don’t like the way you look.” She told me to go home and take 3 Zyrtec on top of the Xyzal and Benadryl that I had already taken. I said the doctor told me before that your body converts Zyrtec into Xyzal and I’ve already been taking that and it’s not working. She said “I know nothing about that.” She finally agreed to give me a steroid after I was in tears and begged her. She didn’t want to because 3 weeks prior I had taken a steroid. But this time was different because I had figured out a shampoo was causing it. She said “fine, but I’m doing this in protest.” The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had visiting a medical professional. I’m leaving a review here because the other wonderful people who work with Michelle do not deserve a poor rating. I don’t know what her problem is to be so unkind but I’m not sure that she should be working with patients with health concerns.
