Worth the Wait
She's different, I'll say that. Solid, smart, and a human B.S.-detector. The complete opposite of therapists you just talk with every week in an unstructured way, I found this provider technically excellent, explaining the therapeutic process as she directed me through it. I ended up creating enough change in my life to actually be happier. Strict and unflinching, she is not for everyone. My advice is, hang in with her if you can. You will not be unchanged for the better.

Awful evolution
The first thing as a provider is to listen to your patient and not talk over. I understand they have to ask all the questions but to the POINT.

Anytime someone that works in the mental health field and makes you feel judged and lacks empathy, it does more harm then good. I needed even more intensive therapy after seeing this rude and cold person.
